The seasoned Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes secured third place, finishing 14.880 seconds behind Piastri. Hamilton expressed satisfaction with his performance, stating, "We gave it our all today, and it’s good to be back on the podium. The competition is fierce out there, and I enjoyed every bit of it."

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc finished fourth, followed closely by Max Verstappen in fifth, marking an unexpectedly challenging day for the defending champion. Verstappen’s performance disappointed him, as he expected more from his team: "It didn’t quite go to plan today. We’ll need to analyze what went wrong and come back stronger."

Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez rounded out the top seven, while George Russell managed to clinch fifth place for Mercedes. The race wasn’t without drama, as several drivers faced difficulties, including Pierre Gasly, who retired early due to hydraulic issues. “It’s always frustrating to not finish a race. We’ll need to rebuild and come back for the next one,” Gasly noted.
